A tasting with room for conversation
I enjoy comparing wines around a table: one person notices citrus, someone else finds herbs, and a third has already decided which bottle they want with dinner. That conversation is part of the fun. I explain what we are tasting, answer questions and help you put your own impressions into words.
Your first tasting, or a closer look at a theme
For a first tasting, we work through looking, smelling and tasting with an approachable selection. If you already taste regularly, we can explore a grape variety, a region or contrasting styles. Public event listings explain the level and what is included.
Private wine tasting at home
For an evening with friends, family or your wine club, I can come to your home or an agreed venue. Private tastings are for two to eight participants. Send your preferred date, town, group size and any ideas for a theme. You will receive a proposal with the price and inclusions.
A public evening with other wine lovers
Choose a theme that appeals to you and book through the live calendar. Each listing gives the date, location, level, wines, price and inclusions. The calendar is managed through CellarMemo so you see the current details and availability.
Remember the bottle you loved
During the evening you can use CellarMemo to save personal tasting notes and scores. Later, you can look up your favourite on your phone and remember why you liked it. There is also a small gift at the end of the evening, linked to the launch of CellarMemo. We will keep that surprise for the tasting.
